Favorites and language

Favorite sound IDs are stored in localStorage on this device under mianyu-favorites. A language preference may also be stored locally. These choices are shared across the English and Chinese pages on sleepmix.cc, but are not synced to other browsers or devices. You can remove favorites in the interface or clear this website’s storage in your browser settings.

Saved mixes and cookies

Saved mix names, sound IDs and volume levels are stored in Cloudflare D1. An HttpOnly, SameSite cookie identifies this browser; the database stores a hash of its random token. The cookie lasts up to one year. You can delete individual mixes in My mixes. Clearing the cookie removes access to existing mixes; it does not itself delete the database records. Do not put sensitive personal information in mix names.

Hosting and playback

Cloudflare serves the site, API and media and processes network requests needed to deliver them. Generator audio is synthesized on your device. SleepMix does not request microphone access. Public scene links contain only a preset address and do not include your private mix. This release does not add advertising or a third-party analytics script.
