A quieter starting point
This preset places Mountain Stream at 35%, Rustling Leaves at 18% and Quiet Mind at 22%, before the master volume is applied. Water provides the base while the music stays lower. If you find a melody distracting while reading, remove that track; the stream and leaves can carry the scene on their own.
Use a timer for a planned pause
Choose a listening period that suits your task, then set the sleep timer to end playback as a reminder to take a break. The tool does not measure attention or promise better performance. Keep only the sounds you enjoy, and save your preferred balance if you want to return to it next time.
