Choose the texture, not just the volume
The library offers several different rain settings. Rain heard indoors gives you a sheltered perspective, while jungle rain has a more open environmental texture. Thunderstorms include changes that may feel more noticeable than a steady rain track. Preview a track before making it your background, especially if you prefer a consistent sound.
Make a rainy soundscape
Start with one rain track. Add a quiet musical layer for a wind-down, or use brown noise underneath for a fuller texture. Avoid stacking several loud rain layers at once: turn them down and listen for the details you want to keep. Saved mixes remember your levels so you can return without rebuilding the combination.
